The remedy is given in an emergency. Adults take 5 globules in low potency up to 6X. Children and infants receive 2 to 3 globules from potency D12. More than 5 doses daily should not be made.

Pregnant women and nursing mothers should not take Aethusa in low potency. It is advisable to coordinate the intake with a homeopath.
