Areas of application in detail
Gastrointestinal complaints
acid regurgitation and a burning sensation behind the breastbone. The symptoms occur mainly after eating, bending over or lying down. The taste in the mouth is sour. The stool also often has an odor.
Dosage: 3 times a day 3 globules in the potency D6
Dosage forms of Robinia
Since even the dust produced during the processing of robinia wood is poisonous, low-potency robinia preparations should only be used under expert guidance. The usual potencies are in the range between 6X and 12X.
The starting substance of Robinia
The starting material for the homeopathic remedy Robinia is the false acacia. The tree is native to North America. The fresh bark of young branches of the acacia tree is used.
Effect of Robinia
The homeopathic remedy Robinia acts mainly on the gastrointestinal tract. It is indicated for hyperacidity of the stomach with intense heartburn, acid regurgitation, acid vomiting and painful flatulence.
Robinia in children
Robinia has proven itself in the treatment of acidosis in children’s stomachs. The children smell sour, they belch sour, the stool and vomit also smell sour. Typical symptoms are also a bloated stomach, green and watery diarrhea.
If the children are very irritable during the illness, this is a sign of Robinia.
Dosage of Robinia
For acute symptoms, Robinia D6 is given at short intervals of half an hour or an hour. 3 globules of Robinia are placed in the cheek pouch or under the tongue. Once the symptoms improve, Robinia is given less frequently. The drug in the potency D6 can be given up to five times per day.
Robinia D12 can be given once or twice a day.
Side Effects of Robinia
So far, no side effects have been observed when taking Robinia. At the beginning of treatment with Robinia, there may be a short-term, temporary worsening of the symptoms. The drug is then no longer taken.
If the homeopathic robinia is taken too frequently or over a long period of time, this can lead to an unwanted drug test with a longer-lasting worsening of the symptoms. Also in this case Robinia is not taken further.
Typical potencies: D6 – D12
