Usually globules in the dilution D4 to D12 are enough.
Selenium dosage
In self-medication, five globules of selenium diluted 6X or 12X are given in acute cases. Otherwise, three doses per day are recommended. Chronic complaints can be taken with D30 potencies once a day or once a week, depending on the symptoms.
