Application information

Dosage forms of China officinalis

Oral or parenteral therapy with potencies from 2X has proven effective.

China officinalis dosage

To treat acute symptoms, China officinalis is usually given in a 6X potency three times a day and in a 12X potency twice a day. In the case of highly acute symptoms, the potency 6X can be given at short intervals. As soon as the symptoms improve, the dose intervals are increased.

Chronic complaints are treated by therapists with high C potencies. The drug is administered at intervals of several weeks to months.

China officinalis effect

China officinalis acts on the central nervous system, respiratory tract, digestive tract, skin and female genital organs.

China officinalis in pregnancy

China officinalis is given to pregnant women when they experience gas and bloating immediately after eating. The abdomen is bloated and very sensitive. Even touching the clothes is felt to be unbearable.

The homeopathic remedy is given to women after childbirth when they have lost a lot of blood and are very exhausted. The remedy can also be helpful when breastfeeding causes excessive exhaustion in women. The face is pale and may have a yellowish discoloration. The women suffer from headaches, which are made worse by cold and drafts.

China officinalis for the baby

China officinalis is often given to babies after birth when they are suffering from shortness of breath or jaundice. The newborn is limp, drinks poorly and seems lethargic.

When babies experience bloating and abdominal cramps after every meal, China officinalis can be helpful. If the air comes out when belching or as flatulence, the abdominal pain does not get better.

China officinalis for dogs, horses and cats

China officinalis is considered a good remedy to strengthen after a debilitating illness. The animals are extremely exhausted and weak after losing bodily fluids such as diarrhea, sweating or blood from injuries. Trembling in the joints and extremities is noticeable.

The homeopathic remedy is also often given for colic with a large accumulation of gas. The animals cannot bear touch very well. However, firm pressure improves the symptoms.

China officinalis side effects

China officinalis should not be taken in the mother tincture during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are known to be hypersensitive to quinine, the remedy should not be taken up to potency D6 and potency C3.

Hypersensitivity reactions such as fever or allergic skin reactions have been observed in rare cases up to potency 6X. From the potency D6 there are no more indications of side effects. Only at the beginning of the treatment and if taken too frequently can the condition worsen. The intake is then to be paused.
