Application information

Dosage forms of Medorrhinum

Internally in potencies 4X to 12X.

Medorrhinum dosage

Since the drug is very effective, a single dose of 5 globules in the potency D30 or higher once a week or every 14 days is usually sufficient. In the case of acute skin inflammation or rheumatic complaints, a dose of the potency D12 is taken up to three times a day, alternating with other homeopathic remedies tailored to the clinical picture.

Medorrhinum effect

Medorrhinum acts on the respiratory organs, the digestive tract, the central nervous system, the musculoskeletal system, the genital organs, the skin and the kidneys.

Medorrhinum in pregnancy

Medorrhinum is suitable for pregnant women who suffer from particularly heavy, regular vomiting. On a psychological level, these patients often have no connection to pregnancy; they appear very distant and unemotional towards the growing fetus.

In addition to highly potentized Tuberculinum, Luesinum and Sulfur, the remedy is another component of the so-called “standardized eugenic cure”. This is carried out before pregnancy and is aimed at patients with a tendency to miscarriage. The cure should always be carried out under professional supervision and, if possible, individualized.

Medorrhinum for the baby

Medorrhinum is given to babies with stubborn diaper rash. The skin is fiery red, swollen and hot to the touch. Babies often sleep on their knees and elbows. They are irritable and jumpy. Persistent cough in babies is often treated with Medorrhinum when it occurs between 3 and 5 am and is relieved by placing the babies on their stomachs.

The homeopathic remedy is also used to treat three-month colic in babies. Babies tend to hyperextend. You seem to be thirsty all the time. The day-night rhythm is severely disturbed as a result. Babies are jumpy, very sensitive and easily irritable. They are pale, thin and developmentally retarded. The symptoms improve with overstretching and in the prone position.

Side Effects of Medorrhinum

Apart from the symptoms of an initial reaction or initial aggravation, no side effects have been recorded for Medorrhinum. The remedy can generally be combined with all other homeopathic medicines and supports their effectiveness. As with other nosode therapies, the administration of Medorrhinum is recommended after consultation with a homeopath or doctor.

Typical potencies: Medorrhinum is often used in potencies 6X and 12X.

fabric type: Gonorrhea nosode (pathogen)
