Rough Bluebell: properties, benefits and uses (Australian Flower Essence and Remedy)

Rough Bluebell is an Australian flower remedy made from Trichodesma zeylanicum. It promotes compassion and sensitivity towards others and helps eliminate toxins from the body. Let’s find out better.

Description of the plant

Trichodesma zeylanicum – Evergreen shrub that can reach one meter in height and 1.5 meters in width. It grows in all tropical areas (Asia, Africa and India) and in all Australian states, except Tasmania and Victoria.

It belongs to the Boraginaceae family which includes Forget-me-nots and Borage. The stem is erect, branched, with a sparse crown, thickly covered with bristly and often prickly hairs. Lanceolate leaves, 5-petalled flowers, of an intense blue color with a white spear in the center, similar to a tip, appear in groups on the ends of the branches.

The essence was prepared in the spiritual center of Australia, in the Olgas, also known as Katajuta by the Aborigines. Bluebell’s essence was also prepared in the same area, and both act on the heart chakra.

The signature of the central spear of Rough Bluebell recalls a luminous spear that pierces the darkness of the intense blue (darkness and negativity) to let through the Light, love, like the spear of St. George used to kill the dragon symbol of evil and of darkness, of our shadow, aspects that we have not yet integrated with love.

Other sword symbols against the darkness of evil are found in the Archangel Michael and in Tibetan mythology in the Bodhisattva Manjushri.

  • On a physical level it can be used to eliminate toxins from the skin and body, with local applications and internal intake at the same time, also associating visualization and breathing techniques.

Preparation and use

In a 30 ml bottle, combine ¾ of natural water and ¼ of brandy to preserve the product; add 7 drops for each chosen flower. 7 drops of this personal blend are taken under the tongue, morning and evening, upon awakening and before bed.

The drops can also be applied locally as well, combined with neutral cream as a carrier, in the bath water or vaporized in the environment to create a harmonious place. They can also be prepared without brandy, making sure that they do not degrade (if necessary, the preparation is repeated). They can be diluted in a little water or herbal tea, even for children.

Useful addition to bath water for a detoxifying action on the skin and body.

In local applications or in creams for skin irritation and dermatitis, associating oral administration.

Unlike Kangaroo Paw, which is indicated for those who hurt or ignore the needs of others in an unconscious way, Rough Bluebell is useful in cases where one does so, but in a deliberate, intentional and conscious way.

Bluebell favors the opening of the heart and the expression of deep emotions, even repressed ones, while Rough Bluebell helps to express love, to understand how to love and to be aware of one’s potential.

Studies are reported on the application of essence by psychotherapists working in prisons, obtaining notable progress and changes in some inmates.
