Schuessler salts: hair loss

Do you want to stop hair loss with the help of Schuessler salts? According to Schuessler, various salts should be considered for this. For diffuse hair loss, about No. 11 Silicea is recommended, for circular hair loss No. 5 potassium phosphoricum. You can often use Schuessler salts for hair loss both internally and externally. Read more about which Schuessler salts are intended to slow down hair loss.

Schuessler salts: hair loss in general

Many people try to combat hair loss or other hair problems (such as brittle hair, split ends or dandruff) with the help of Schuessler salts. In general, especially sodium phosphoricum and Silicea (No. 9 and 11 of the Schuessler salts) should strengthen the hair. No. 2 Calcium phosphoricum, No. 5 Potassium phosphoricum, No. 8 Sodium chloratum and No. 21 Zincum chloratum should also have a strengthening effect on the hair.

There are also special recommendations as to which Schuessler salts should eliminate hair loss, as there are different types and causes of hair loss. In general, the following Schuessler salts should be able to slow down hair loss:

#1 Calcium fluoratum, #3 Ferrum phosphoricum, #5 Potassium phosphoricum, #8 Sodium chloratum, #9 Sodium phosphoricum, #11 Silicea, and especially #21 Zincum chloratum.

The Schuessler salts Nos. 3, 5, 8, 9 and 10 can also be used externally in combination by mixing the tablets once a week by dissolving them in water to form a thick paste and applying it as a hair pack. You can also make a conditioner. It is best to discuss with an experienced therapist how many tablets of the individual Schuessler salts you should use for this purpose.

In general, you can also try the biochemical hair scheme for hair loss:

  • Two tablets of No. 21 Zincum chloratum 6X before breakfast
  • Three to five tablets of No. 11 Silicea D3 in the morning
  • Three to five tablets of No. 3 Ferrum phosphoricum D12 in the afternoon

The effect of these Schuessler salts against hair loss can be increased if you change the potency of salts no. 3 and no. 11 more often (e.g. take 6X for two weeks, then 3X and finally 12X).

Schuessler salts: hair loss – diffuse

In diffuse hair loss, the hair falls out evenly all over the head. Possible causes are genetic and hormonal factors, stress, medication (the pill, etc.), hair coloring and heavy metal pollution. According to the Schuessler salts concept, Silicea in particular (number 11 of the Schuessler salts) can improve this type of hair loss. It is recommended to take it for several weeks until you feel better. The standard dosage in biochemistry according to Schuessler is two tablets three times a day, which are slowly dissolved in the mouth about 15 minutes before or after eating.

In the case of diffuse hair loss, it can be useful to combine Schuessler salts No. 21 (Zincum chloratum), No. 5 (Natrium phosphoricum) and No. 3 (Ferrum phosphoricum) with Silicea.

Schuessler salts: hair loss – circular

The cause of circular hair loss usually remains unexplained. For Schuessler salt experts, for example, potassium phosphoricum (the number 5 of the Schuessler salts) should be able to stop this form of hair loss. Eight tablets should be sucked daily throughout the day. In addition, it is recommended to apply the Schuessler salt in the form of an ointment very thinly to the affected head region in the morning and evening.

In addition, other Schuessler salts are said to be able to stop hair loss of the circular type: No. 11 Silicea, No. 21 Zincum chloratum plus, with longer use, No. 9 Natrum phosphoricum.
