Turmeric mother tincture is a hydroalcoholic preparation obtained by cold maceration in hydroalcoholic solvent, obtained in this case from the dried root.
The mother tincture of turmeric is recommended for cases of bacterial or viral infections, such as anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, cardioprotector and adjuvant in the therapy of regularization of fats and cholesterol.
Useful for thinning the blood and digestive, generally prescribe 20 drops of turmeric mother tincture diluted in a little water before the main meals if used as an aperitif, after meals to promote digestion; 40 drops diluted in a little water 2 times a day are used instead as an anti-inflammatory.
