Dandruff can be produced, among other reasons, by nutritional deficiencies. To avoid this, include foods such as dark chocolate, peanuts, carrots, eggs, bran, nuts, fish, and beans in your diet.

3. Puffy eyes

If you have puffy eyes, you may have an iodine deficiency. To solve this problem, try to add some iodized salt to your meals.
